Grace has been in the real estate business for over 10 years. Her first encounter with Real Estate was as the head of Business Development for a Real Estate Classifieds business. She loves getting to know new people and is so passionate about client satisfaction that she naturally transitioned into a full-time real estate agent. She has become a familiar face/voice on youtube showcasing some of the best properties in Rwanda. Curious in essence, she offers her clients a wealth of information not just on real estate but on all other aspects that help them adjust to the new environment. This has helped her build a large portfolio of clients that include embassies (such as the US, Germany, France, South Africa, Mozambique, Angola,), international organizations (Master Card Foundation, World Bank, World Health Organisation, Tek Experts, World Food Program, United Nations Development Program, German Agency for International Cooperation, Save the Children, Wildlife Conservation Services) and corporate clients (Motal Engil, Canal +, Bridge International Academies). Her genuine interest in interior design and the joy of staying up-to-date with new design trends is an extra arrow in her quiver. Grace Uwacu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Rwanda. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and discovering new places. She is a foodie and a fitness enthusiast.
