Aristide Yves Horimbere has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and has represented clients in Rwanda and Burundi in over 500 real estate transactions that involve international organizations, multinational and local companies, embassies, real estate investors, and expatriates. This has made him proficient in assisting clients who are moving to Rwanda “hit the ground running”. He has built a solid foundation of clients in Kigali thanks to his experience, local marketplace familiarity, and most importantly his endearing ability to interpret clients’ expectations and patiently working with them towards finding the best available option. Through his real estate experience over the years, Aristide has learned three working principles that he holds dear and that are a strong foundation of his approach to work. - Real estate opens all doors - The more you show the more you earn - When I meet a client I get at least one of three things: a transaction, a referral, or a friend. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the United States International University (USIU- Kenya). In his free time, Aristide is an avid Sports and African Classical Humanities enthusiast.
